1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the okbet888 platform (available at okbet888.one and any associated mobile interfaces), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the okbet888 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of okbet888 services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• Withdrawal Processing: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

okbet888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the terms of each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited.

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the okbet888 platform. Game-specific rules are published within each game or betting market on the platform.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by okbet888. okbet888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced or where a technical error has affected the odds or game outcome.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond a specified period, or if okbet888 determines that the bet was placed in error or under irregular circumstances. Void bets are returned to the player's account balance.
• Disputed Outcomes: In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement, the decision of okbet888 is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure described in these Terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okbet888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to okbet888 immediately; failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

okbet888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player against okbet888.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests submitted through the responsible gaming tools.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

Players may also voluntarily close their okbet888 account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

9 Intellectual Property

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okbet888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond okbet888's reasonable control.

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your okbet888 login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game.

In all cases, okbet888's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okbet888 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Responsible Gaming

14 Amendments to These Terms

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the okbet888 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
